Guns Up Academy is a skills training & development program open to all 2nd-8th grade athletes at all skill levels. While the clinic introduces basic fundamentals to those who have never played volleyball before, it is also a great opportunity for experienced players to fine tune their skill set. Which Academy should I put my 5th-8th grader in?

• Can your player consistently serve the ball overhanded over the net from the in-line?
• Can your player consistently pass a serve to target?
• Can your player jump and attack a set over the net?

If you answered NO to any of these questions, we'd recommend our Beginner Academy! If your player can perform these tasks well, it might be time to step up their training with Advanced Academy!
